Picture this: 83 degrees, outdoor dining overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a southern favorite (shrimp and grits), and an ice cold Pelican Nut Brown Ale. If this sounds like your idea of a perfect lunch, then we are both on the same page. Little bit of spice in the Tabasco butter sauce, and more shrimp than I could count in this delicious dish. After seeing what arrived on my plate, several people at the table next to us also ordered the shrimp and grits. They, too, chose wisely. — Christian Benedi
