A fire damaged a home on the Outer Banks early Saturday.

About 6:30 a.m., Nags Head crews responded to the blaze in the 3500 block of South Memorial Ave., a town news release said. The house was occupied, but everyone got out without injury.

Despite high winds at the time, no other homes were damaged, the release said.

The cause remains under investigation.
